How This Shop Works
Every Mixed Feelz product is made to order. Once you place an order, it goes into production, gets printed specifically for you, and then ships when it’s ready.
This takes a little longer than pulling something from a warehouse, but it helps reduce waste and prevents piles of unclaimed hoodies from questioning their purpose.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
After your order is placed, it goes into production. Once it’s finished and ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Production and shipping are separate steps, so your order will not ship immediately after checkout.

WHY DOES SHIPPING TAKE A LITTLE LONGER?
Mixed Feelz uses print-on-demand fulfillment, which means we don’t keep a warehouse full of pre-printed inventory.
Each item is made after it’s ordered. This helps reduce unnecessary waste and lets us create small batches of weird little things without overproducing.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Because each item is made to order, we generally can’t accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or color, or for changing your mind.
Please review the product details and sizing information carefully before ordering.
If something arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us and we’ll help make it right.

WILL MY ITEMS SHIP TOGETHER?
Usually, but not always.
Some products may be made and shipped from different locations, so parts of your order could arrive in separate packages or at different times. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
